shake hands with the devil

I have literally just started reading this book and could not get past the first 10 pages without weeping. I cannot even imagine the horror I am about to discover. I am embarrassed at my own lack of knowlege. It will be good for me read the book and confront the sin and my participation in it.

Glory to Jesus Christ!
i was trying to figure out who this person was because, you being from St Herman's i thought i might have met you or seen you or heard of you at least. then, just now i received your son"s comment. So, thank you for reading about me and telling him about it. also tell him that right now Saskatchewan is all golden brown, flat (really flat) with lots of pink, orange, yellow and blue sunsets. beautiful. that is what is it like right now.

Kimberley,
I added an image of the book - it was written to tell the story of Rwanda - it was written by the leader of the peacekeeping forces.

dang. Ramona, have you seen Hotel Rwanda? I wept. (if Thomas asks, tell him it was manly weeping)

it broke me.
