craziness

In my building at work we have a gym and we have some treadmills; I have agreed to participate in a group that is exercising on their lunch hours. I have to tell you that I was a bit nervous about climbing on one these machines but I did not fall off - and lasted 20 minutes at slow jog. You can choose to climb an incline or you can adjust your speed - you can run forever or set a time limit - the possibilities seem endless.

I know what you mean... I went on a treadmill for the first time about three weeks ago. Quite an amazing machine. (Haven't been since, but am hoping to sometime soon).

I have found that the treadmill is the only piece of exercise equipment I will use reguarly, so much so that my husband bought me one for my birthday this past year.

I read while I'm on it.

Mimi - I am impressed - do you run and read at the same time? Today I listened to some music; forgot to keep moving whilst I searched for the next song...

Hehehe. Treadmills have honestly never been my thing ... once a few years ago I was adjusting my ponytail and fell off the back end (apparently they keep moving, even when you stop!) ;)

Congratulations on the exercise! It should be easier to stay motivated when you're part of a group! YAY!

I only walk on the treadmill, but yeah, I read on it. I have to hold on, though so I don't slip.
