The 7 minute egg is perfect.
Just the right texture.
Smashed on toast.
Whole grain with flax or sourdough.
Either is wonderful.
A little salt and pepper.
Americano on the side.

It sounded so good, my egg is now about 3 minutes into cooking :)
And it WAS perfect :) I can never get my boiled eggs just as I like them, and this is exactly how I like them. Now I know 7-min is the perfect time! Thanks :)
