I could not eat or drink this morning until I went for some blood tests.. so my breakfast and my coffee tasted especially fantastic this morning. I am looking forward to a quiet day.

nice. i had boiled egg on toast w. OJ for breakfast... was running late so i ate it at work... but well it was Monday! enjoy the rest of your day!
hahaha! smashed egg on toast. I like that name.
I like smashed potatoes. It's those small little pototoes, boiled slightly, then put on a pan, smashed once (but good!) with a potato masher, drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with coarse salt and cracked black pepper.
so yummy.
