This week has been good. I have enjoyed the feasting and we will share a pot of spaghetti with some young friends this evening. But, I have to say that I am also looking forward to eating simpler meals again.
Through Lent we created a schedule of meals that we rotated through on a weekly basis. We are going to do the same thing - but on a two week rotation. A good majority of the meals will be vegetarian. I am looking forward to being less full.
The sky is blue - it is not exactly warm but I will take the sunshine. The grass is growing like crazy, man! And the weeds. This weekend we will be working in the garden - rain or shine. I want to turn my veggie garden and my hosta/ lily bed needs some work too.

yes... I am thinking of making more soups, that I also did in Lent...
