done

People. I went to the passport office and waited in line. And waited. Only for them to tell me that the passport photos we had taken - did not pass muster. What? Too much shadow on my daughter's face and son's face was too small. I am not kidding. So, we will have to go back to the shop we had them taken and have to have them redone. Then we need the guarantor to sign them again. Gah.

But, then I hit the ground running and picked up groceries for the week.

I dropped off the image at the printers - for our Christmas card.

I dropped off a roll of colour film shot on the Canon AE-1.

I contacted Shaw and got our cable working again.

I phoned Telus and got the scoop on the IPHONE.

I picked up the US bank draft for the 2010 church calendars.

I dropped off the deposit from Sunday.

I am now drinking tea and listening to Modest Mouse. Gearing myself up to exercise. Here is version of Satellite Skin on David Letterman - the actual video is disabled. It is very strange. Be warned.

nicely done!
if you go to BCAA, they're usually pretty good at telling you what the passport office will and will not accept. that's where we got all of ours done, and they didn't get rejected.
good luck! what a bureaucratic nightmare, eh?
