saturday night and chocolate chip cookies

It is almost 8pm.  I just finished baking some chocolate chip cookies.  I have limited myself to four.  I am feeling full - we ate a dinner of chorizio sausage, tomato, basil w/ bowtie pasta and there was beer.  Lent officially begins on February 14th and I am appreciating every bit of meat and cheese and sweets and beer.

The hockey game is on the TV in the background of our lives.  My teenagers are hanging together and folding laundry and listening to music.  I am thinking about taking a bath soon.  My husband started watching the TV Series Dexter and is keen for me to catch up so we can watch it together.

The liquid gel cap Ibupropen seems to have finally made an impact on my headache.

I am waiting patiently for my book on how to use photoshop Elements.

I would absolutely love to attend this workshop.  It will not happen this year but I have put it up at the top of my wishlist for 2011.

happy weekend.

My husband recently turned me on to Dexter, too. It's great, mindless fun. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
