Rain. And more rain. We are hoping for some sunshine on the weekend. We have some big plans to ride the deck this weekend. We have invited friends over some celebrating. A party of sorts.
Contemplating what novel to crack open. Shall I stick with the same author and read The Historian? I have heard many say that is her better novel. I have a couple of YA novels on my bedside table.
Another sinus infection which leads me to believe I never fully recovered from the last one. It is nothing but annoying.
I am thinking about loading up the Canon AE-1 with some colour film and taking it for a spin and see what I can find.

sorry for your rain; we have all been complaining about the heat; made me feel like I didn't want to do a thing and sleeping was difficult... the humidity being so heavy... but... yeah, nice to have the sun.
hope you get some too! We are supposed to get a thunderstorm soon to break the heat.
I feel a bit out of it with my lack of reading right now but I have to focus on French and blogs are about the only reading (other than rereading some Kathleen Norris over breakfast) I am doing...

I adored The Historian, but I know a lot of people didn't.
I'd tend to slip a YA in between two big novels like that ;)
Canon AE-1! That's the same as my dad's old camera that he sort of gave to me - read, that E claimed for my own! I miss using film.
