the plan

The plan this weekend includes harvesting these green tomatoes.  I have admitted to myself they are not going to ripen on the vine so we will see what we can do in the windowsill.  May try and find a recipe for green tomatoes.  Maybe fried?  Do people really eat fried green tomatoes?

The other food related plan includes pear butter  - this has been on my list of things to do for a long time... and Monday is going to be the day.

We also have a football game - pretty sure it is going to be a wet one.  Stadium seating - nice - uncovered - not so nice.

I need to fix the music on my ipod.   I seem to missing all sorts of things.... not sure what I was thinking when I uploaded it off the big computer.

I have an extra day off this weekend as a lieu day because I work this new compressed shift.  I am going into the city to meet my littlest sister for lunch and to pick up my hoodie from Lululemon - which is my payment for doing her taxes.

I've harvested the basil and really need to work on my iPod music - what WAS I thinking?!

nice. thinking of you lots these days, just so you know. :) accross the miles but well not always far away I guess. Hope the tomatoes ripen; window sill, brown paper bag, it should happen...

I feel badly that I haven't been here in awhile. Your life sounds a lot like mine these days! I too, haven't been holding the camera lately. I've been wondering why.

All things fall (hoodies, harvesting).

I put my green tomatoes on the strings, hanging in the window. They're ripening as we speak. Hope you have a good day off. And that the game wasn't too wet.

Love,
A.

Haha, what happened to my English, "I put my tomatoes on the strings". I sound very exotic all of a sudden. Typo, sorry about that.
