Prompt: Achieve. What’s the thing you most want to achieve next year? How do you imagine you’ll feel when you get it? Free? Happy? Complete? Blissful? Write that feeling down. Then, brainstorm 10 things you can do, or 10 new thoughts you can think, in order to experience that feeling today.

I want to have either a piece of writing or photography published beyond this blog.  Either or both.  To contribute to a greater body of work.  That would be pretty much make my day.   So to speak.    I imagine I will feel pretty darn good.  Well spent.   A sense of completion.  10 things I can do to bring about that sense of well spent / completion.....
  • continue to do the work - put in the effort - show up
  • finish the laundry - see it through to the bitter end of the cycle - oversee this task and enforce behaviour of others
  • set smaller goals - mini tasks and take the time to enjoy the completion of something/ anything
  • submit work - take the risk
  • continue to go on a weekly date night with my husband - a good time to connect and talk about our plans / goals to move forward - 
  • share discoveries - 
  • make the effort to connect / have coffee/ visit with other creative individuals
  • try out new recipes - expand our repetoire 
  • keep track of successes - document 
  • focus on the present and what is within my control - actively combat worry

These are some of the same things I want to accomplish in 2011.I hope you have your best year ever.
