took us a while to figure out how to get the shutter to release but, oh man I am good to go now.

speaking of, did you figure how to work the one we lent to you? is it useable?
i am strongly tempted to get my manual fixed. p. tried to fix it himself so i wouldn't have to wait. how thoughtful. of course, it didn't work, but the thought was nice.
