crashed before 11pm last night.
went to bed with the snow falling
woke up to a blanket of silence
poured myself an americano and sat in the sunroom and waited for the light to appear
soon will need to venture into the elements and save the cedar hedges
already it is melting
and heavy
kind of like my heart
