we had the best weather this weekend.
hot and sunny.
so hot.
32 degrees C
perfect

we visited with friends
there is an urgency in our visits as our time with here with them on the west coast is limited.  they will be off an adventure next summer.  they know they are leaving but, they don't know where they are going.
just that they are going away

we moved furniture.
we have some old chairs that are in desperate need of recovering.  but, it is expensive and there is no line item on our budget this year
so we throw blankets over top the tattered arms
I have now relegated that furniture to the TV room.

we have committed to sending out our carpet to be cleaned because I could not stand it one day longer

went on a long walk and fought mosquitos only on the journey out
feeling a bit more motivated to set some goals for the remainder of the year - somehow there is only 5 months left of 2012.
