Has it really been a week?

Foggy
The cold has landed
In my sinuses
Along with a nasty hacking cough
I held it at bay since Christmas but,
Alas it arrived with a vengeance
Breathing is proving to be difficult - may cause a problem during bootcamp.
What?
Yes. I signed up for bootcamp. I could not find any reason not to. Be careful what you wish for. I have fallen out of the habit of regular exercise. Aerobic exercise. Need to make the time for it. Commit. Either am or pm. Just do it. Consistently.
In my travels I have met the owner of new gym and personal trainer. She is offering bootcamp.
I said maybe February -
She said why wait?! I couldn't come up with a reason. I am strangely excited about the challenge. The accountability factor is huge.
