| Dane's kitchen table
It was my sister's birthday yesterday. My middle sister. It was also my mum's birthday.
We ventured into the city for dinner - burgers, dogs, salad and cake. Some good conversation and a rousing game of apples to apples. Today the sun is shining again. It is Palm Sunday. Monday starts Holy Week. This has been a very strange Lent for me. I have been living on the outside. This year the dates are so far removed from Western Easter that it has been a challenge. I do love the services of Holy Week so I am hopeful that being there in body will be enough.
On another note.... did you'all know we can caption our photos now. For some reason I take great delight in this new feature.

your struggle is one I share. I remember reading somewhere that if one read the Scriptures and did not remember, they were still blessed by reading.
hang in there;
better to try to be humble and confess as we often have to a stony heart that does not know how to go inside than to think we are otherwise.
