absentia

In my absence we have realized:

-the dishwasher is dying. the dishes are not being cleaned properly and so we are now in the process of looking for a replacement. we shall investigate the possibility of picking up a really good new one with dent in it .... good friends of ours found a bargain on a fantastic fridge that way.

-we have been fortunate to replace the dead laptop with a used imac and are enjoying the fact that we have another computer in the house

-the digital camera has gone missing again!

-I am settling into work life at the branch.

-this weekend is proving to be very busy - packed with activities...I am trying to not worry about how busy we will be

-big AGM at church today. lots of prep to do still. sigh.
