completely different

Last year at this time our yard was full of snow.  It was cold.  Frost in the mornings.  This year it is mild.  Crazy mild.  Plants and trees thinking about blooming.  The Olympic planners are talking of shipping in snow for the events on our hills. 

We are winding up for the end of the semester.   Fair amount of academic stress in the house.  It is time to make a change - I want to have Saturdays free with the family. 

Everything feels a bit edgy.
