I am finding that I really need to rally myself for the work week. Feeling somewhat distracted and slightly overwhelmed by all the changes that are happening. Not feeling the commitment inside. Not liking the feeling. If you are going to do something you best show up.
On the other side - the stretching is going well. I have had my 3rd pilates class and I love it. I am also thinking about signing up for some acupuncture for myself - I had a very good feeling about the place we were yesterday.
